Pharmacy Disclosure
Prescriptions for HealOvi patients, when clinically appropriate, are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. HealOvi does not itself dispense medication.
Preferred Pharmacy for Initial Submission
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy is the preferred pharmacy currently selected for the initial HealOvi LegitScript submission. Koragajja LLC, operating as ShriMD, establishes the applicable commercial relationship with Emerald Compounding Pharmacy. HealOvi itself does not separately contract with the pharmacy.
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy is not necessarily HealOvi's only fulfillment pharmacy. ShriMD, the platform HealOvi operates on, may integrate with additional licensed pharmacies over time; where a patient's prescription is dispensed depends on which pharmacy is configured to serve that patient at the time of dispensing.
Pharmacy Certification and Licensure
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy is LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certified.
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy operates as a 503A compounding pharmacy and holds a Florida Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Permit.
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy's national (NABP) accreditation inspection has been completed and approved, pending final issuance of the accreditation.

Obsidian Rx provides integration/API technology used to route and track prescriptions. Obsidian Rx is not the dispensing pharmacy.
