Licensed healthcare providers deliver clinical care to HealOvi patients. HealOvi does not itself employ providers or make clinical decisions.
Provider Network
DirectShifts is the provider network currently selected to support the HealOvi patient experience. Koragajja LLC, operating as ShriMD, establishes the applicable commercial relationship with DirectShifts. HealOvi itself does not separately contract with DirectShifts.
Clinical Responsibility
Clinical decisions -- including diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and prescribing -- are made solely by appropriately licensed providers, never by HealOvi, ShriMD, or Koragajja LLC.
